RECCURING FEE
Scope of work
In the beginning of every collaboration, we write up concrete tasks, estimate of hours per month and monthly fee. I can dedicate max. 2 days of my work week to one client. My standard monthly fee starts at 1 000 eur.
Billing
All work is billed at 20th day of the month. My standard payment timeline is 14 days.
Day to day
I will try to fit into your flow of work and tools that you work with. What always work is:
setting office hours (concrete day and time when I always will be available)
a recurring status meetings, call or e-mail
sharing a calendar
Team
I become part of your team.
Travel
There are two ways we can go about it:
I arrange a travel and work with you the budget. I will keep all my invoice and include it in my monthly fee.
I work with you the travel plan and I book through your company.
Parting ways
I may choose to end the work with your or vice versa, either way it should be communicated in writing. I will always leave you with a set of recommendations & learnings from our work together. I often keep with my ex-clients in touch via End-Of-Year coffee or lunch.
PROJECT BASED

Billing
All work is billed at 20th day of the month. My standard payment timeline is 14 days.
Retainer
A 50% deposit is required prior to a starting date. The other 50% will be billed in the end of the project.
Day to day
I will try to fit into your flow of work and tools that you work with. What always work is:
setting office hours (concrete day and time when I always will be available)
a recurring status meetings, call or e-mail
sharing a calendar
Team
I can work with your team, help you set up a new one or set up a team of external talents.
Parting ways
I may choose to end the work with your or vice versa, either way it should be communicated in writing. I will always leave you with a set of recommendations & learnings from our work together. I often keep with my ex-clients in touch via End-Of-Year coffee or lunch.
