I started as a strategist and I am one till today. I did the career switch, from a fast paced, but slow, agency life to a freelance reality.

What I love most is to work directly with founders, c-level managers and other leadership roles and help them stir the ship. Why? Because being in a driver’s seat can be quite a lonely job. Every leader sometimes find themselves lost in day to day work.

In my practice, I have worked with clients that range from tech, cryptocurrency, cyber security and sustainable energy companies, across design, architecture and well-being brands to talented individuals and cultural and non profit organisations. Working on clients from different environments sharpens my writing pen and ability to articulate brand stories and messaging.

I enjoy consulting agencies and work colleagues turned friends on how to use brand strategy in their practice and position themselves as strategic partners to their clients. I believe that strategic thinking should be in everyone’s toolbox. I am teaching this at the Prague School of Creative Communications.

I had the pleasure to put together and lead small and big teams of designers, developers, copywriters and creators. Together, we launched brands, products, websites, campaigns, experiences and I even helped to write one cookbook. My leadership approach is based on a clear communication, reciprocity (‘I teach you, you teach me.’) and radical honesty. I often use collaborative methods and tools like workshops or product sprints methodology to kick-start the project and inspire the team.
